Here is the Criteria for Registration
1. No usage of disgraced hosts in the past week
2. No obvious spam outside of ultraleaguex.boards.net/board/7/spam since the last solstice (June 21 or December 21)
3. No not-so-obvious spam outside of ultraleaguex.boards.net/board/7/spam since the last equinox (March 21 or September 21)
4. No WNTS suggestions in the UIP in the last dog year (52 days)
5. No attaching things in posts in the past Kardashian (72 days)
